Storm and Media Sync

When trying to sync with Media Sync I get this message:

 

Your device is not recognized by Blackberry Media Sync please check that:

1. a media card is installed correctly in your blackberry device

2. mass storage mode is turned on for your blackberry device

 

I did both and hit retry and still get this message. Any suggestions??

Hi,

With the device unplugged from the USB cable, try a battery pull to reset your device and see if it works after that.
