I'm not sure if it makes a difference that the BB is on a BES (with full IT policy and security/locking policy) but I have a few users who say when the BB locks, it turns off their wireless. This essentially "disables" their phone capabilities. Problem is, they are physicians and need to know that they are getting phone calls... Any ideas?
