On my storm sometimes when I am talking to someone it sound tinny, is there a way to adjust the quality on the ear piece on the phone???
Yes push green phone button, then options, then see Enhanced audio. Push that and you can set Auto Vol. control, Phone audio from Normal to Boost bass to Boost treble. Sounds like you want normal or bass boost. You can also change headset settings too.

That is better, but it still seems a little tinny, any other suggestions
If you are within your first 30 days go back to Verizon store and exchange it.
