My phone has recently stopped charging, I have tried the USB and wall chargers and I'm still not able to charge it. I'm not sure if both of the chargers are defective or not but, I think that the charging port may be broken. Any idea of how to fix this problem or am I better off going to the Verizon store and getting a replacement?
I would aim at saying the battery or phone is defective. You could go to your Verizon store yes.Have someone look at the phone. Pop a new battery in the phone & see if it charges. You can even ask for a new charger to be put on the phone. If it turns out it is the phone itself then you can try to do warranty exchange. You have 1 year of warranty and phone must not void warranty. No physical or liquid damage
