Storm won't activate BES

My new storm won't activate via BES.

 

No problems with bold on AT&T.

 

Any thoughts?

Did you give your IT department the new PIN number for the new device so they could update BES?  Sorry for the very simple reply, but you did not state in your post.

It turned out that Verizon had not set me up with the right data plan. I have to pay for the more expensive one to use BES.

Canceled my service because of this. Doesn't really matter if the deception was intentional or accidental.

Just curious but didn't your AT&T account for your Bold have the same tiered pricing for BB's?  I was with AT&T for some time and they always had a higher priced plan for use with a BES connection versus just a BIS plan, they may have changed though.

Pretty sure their reason for canceling was due to VZW not informing them of the proper information and not just due to the teired pricing.
