Storm2 & Gmail

I have my Gmail account set-up on Storm2. I have a few issues/questions and I apologize for my lacking technical knowledge.

1) Within the last 24 hours 10-20 of my contacts were deleted from my address book. Some of the contacts were people that I call every day and some were folks that I haven't called in weeks, so the elimination seems to be sporadic. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a resolution or way to prevent this from happening in the future?

2) I have the checked the check box to synchronize my deleted items and contacts. However, if I delete (or read) an item using a computer it is not reflected on my Storm2. Thus, my phone indicates that I have hundreds of unread messages and it is very difficult to find things because the inbox is so full.

3) Is there a way to look at your sent messages?

4) Is there a way to actually file (put in label group folder) an e-mail rather than just starring it, putting a labe on it, or archiving it?

1.) I'm not sure about that. This is the first time I have ever hear of contacts just disappearing with out actually deleting them

2.) When you read an item on on a computer, it won't show read on your blackberry. This is not a feature yet, the rumor is this should be coming soon.

3.) Not unless you are using a BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Most people are not.

4.) The only options with gmail are the ones you listed. It would be nice to be able to move it, but at this time you can't.
