Lately I've been having nothing but problems with my storm 2. i got it replaced just yesturday and its already froze up and i had to do a battery pull 5 times. any suggestions??

Most Storms and other BB freeze because they have no memory left to run the phone with. If you don't know how to clear your cache and memory then you need to learn how. There are several articles in this forum that tell you step by step how to free up memory.Also the first articl in the BB forums is to tell what OS you are running and what apps you have installed. Do you know where to read how much memory you have left in your phone is located?
Most replacements now are coming with .713 loaded. It is known to be buggy (probably shouldn't have been released) and some apps are causing the device to crash. Give us a list of your third party applications. To find them go to options then applications.
