I am in Copenhagen and without blackberry service. I emailed my company's admin in the US and was told that I had to: "activate the existing Sim-Card your BlackBerry" as well as, "Since your BlackBerry is already activated to make and receive international calls, please call Verizon Global Support at (908) 559-4899."
Well, I cannot dial out so i was hoping to find this support via the internet. Do they have a live person on duty on Verizon Wireless website?

Hello, have you tried in dial *228 and press #1 complete then dial again and press #2, if cannot connect go options ¤ mobile network ¤ and make sure data and roaming is on also change network technology to global. Then try again dial...also try to register go to options, advanced options, host routing table and press on the menu button, register that should do it if not call customers. On a different phone. Hope this works.
