Can someone please tell me how to sync my Blackberry 8330 to my computer with vista? I don't have outlook but I do have Windows Mail and when I read about it I understand that it is the new version of outlook. I am so frustrated with this.

Not exactly - Windows Mail is the replacement for Outlook Express -
Microsoft offers two products that contain the name Outlook. Although the name Outlook appears in both titles, they are not the same program, and they do not offer the same features. Outlook Express (now Windows Mail) is a basic e-mail program. It offers standard Internet e-mail and newsgroup access and supports Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) or Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) e-mail accounts. Even though it is free and allows you to send and receive e-mail messages, it doesn't provide the advanced functionality of Microsoft Office Outlook, part of the Microsoft Office System.
How this relates to your syncing problems, I don't know - my NEXT phone may be a BB and then I can be more helpful on this topic!!

Hello and welcome to the forum. First of all have you downloaded BB desktop manager? If not, lets start by doing that and go from there. Navigate to ---> Access Manager
