Text wont display name

Ok so I have the Blackberry bold and at first when i go to view my texts is would show the persons name, but now it just shows the last text sent or recieved. i went into the options to and checked show name but it doesnt work. Any help?

When you check "Show name", then hit the back arrow to get the option to SAVE the setting. 

Try changing the view format  - go to your text messages, use the BB key to get to Options, and make sure "Combine Sequential Messages" is checked.  I use the "Bubble" style, but that shouldn't make a difference in showing the most recent messages.

If this doesn't work, post back and we can try something else.
