Time is changed by Sync with Outlook

Can anyone tell my why the time is being reset on my Blackberry 8330 to one hour backwards each time I sync with Outlook 2003?  The clocks on my computer, Outlook, and Blackberry are all set to -5 Eastern and the check box for "update for daylight savings" is NOT checked.

What OS version are you using on your 8330?  Is it a beta OS?
