Sometimes when I'm typing a text or in Blackberry Messenger my phone will sort of freeze and the last few letters of my message that I typed won't show up. This is getting really aggravating. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a software or hardware problem? I started having the problem before the latest OS update and it is still going on after I upgraded.

I have a Tour and that little glitch has occurred a couple of times with me. It is obviously a processing problem that can occur when the available memory gets a little low. I make sure I have at least 30mb of free space on my Tour at all times. I regularly delete apps that I no longer use or do not use frequently. Sometimes, a quickpull to refresh the phone is needed a couple of times a day, especially if you are a heavy user of your device. I am pretty sure it is not a software OS problem.
