I've had my Tour (my first BB) for almost a month. For some reason, the ringer volume is no longer working. I go into the sounds option and choose loud, but when a call comes in the indicator light only blinks, but there is no sound. Am I missing something or do I need to change some option? Or is this something In eed to go into the VZW store to have them fix for me? Thanks for your help in advance!
