Trying to activate my BB for my account. Walked me through all of the steps, then said "can not complete request at this time." So, I now have NO active phone! Brilliant!
How do you get the service to actually do what they claim you can do online? Since I had to turn off my number to make the switch, I obviously can't call them to talk to them while I try to get my new phone activated!
If you are activating a Blackberry and the previous phone that you were using was not a Blackberry, you will need to contact Customer Care to activate the device, since the Blackberry data package and some other features that can't be added online have to be added.
