I have a BB Torch and recently my email is not getting pushed to my phone and my BBIM is not working. When I connect to my home Wifi, my email comes in but if I turn off Wifi, I no longer get my email and internet browser. Is that the BB server or my phone?

Hey,
I have seen other users having similar problems with connectivity. I would suggest a few things that may get your Blackberry Torch running like it should. First, remove the back cover and pull the battery for about a minute and then allow the device to restart. A battery pull sometimes gets things back in order. Second, you can try to delete any saved Wifi connections on your device, then turn off wifi, and then pull the battery and see if things work better.
I almost forgot a big tip. Not sure how long you have had your device, but make sure you are running the latest Blackberry device software for your Torch from Verizon. If you need it, it can be downloaded at http://vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry/ and instructions are there to help you. Also, you can resend your service books and then pull the battery. This sometimes works.
If all else does not work, you may consider a device wipe and reloading your software. Of course, backup your data, contacts, etc before doing this. Let us know if any of this does not work for you.

As Doc said, you're not alone. I read there was a RIM outage this weekend, but it sounds like most BB users have been getting connectivity back today.
