Uconnect on new car

Hi everyone, I just bought a new Town and Country, Touring with the Uconnect feature but it is not compatible with my phone and was wondering if there is a software I can get. Anyone ever heard of anything or has a Town &Country. It works with the radio without navigation but not wit the radio with navigation. Thanks.
