A couple of my contacts are unable to send/receive text to/from my phone. When I try to send a SMS to them, I get the error "SMS error 97, service denied" and when they try to send to me, they get the error "destination not authorized to receive". They all happen to be Verizon customers, two of which are also Blackberry Messenger users (which I can still use to contact them).
Also, I can call them, but they cannot call me, they get the message that "the number has been blocked" when they dial my phone. I am only having these issues with a couple of my contacts. I am able to send and receive calls from others (Verizon customers and otherwise).
I don't belive that I have not blocked these numbers as they are some of the most frequent that I use, but could have done it inadvertently? Any potential solutions would be helpful. Thanks
