Upgraded new OS for my storm and now the browser doesn't work

Error says "your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries.  please contact your service provider."  Any suggestions on what to do?  Thanks in advance.

First make sure your signal strength is good and says 1XEV. If it says anything else, do the following.

 

Dial *22899 and hit send, listen and follow the options to update the data. If this doesn't work, do a battery pull and let it sit for about 30 - 45 seconds. Put the battery back in, and try your browser.
