Using BB Storm in UK: Any experience using the included travel charger?

It's nice the BB Storm comes with a travel charger, and even nicer that it comes with the plug adapters to fit UK outlets.  But no one I can find will say they've actually _used_ this charger over there. The support guy says "it _should_ work" (emphasis his!), but with their voltages/etc being all different from ours, I'd like to know in advance.

The plug adapter just means it'll plug in; that doesn't guarantee it will _transform_ the power itself. ("Transformer" vs. "adapter".)

Has anyone out there actually _used_ the included travel charger over there, and if so, any comments, good or bad???
