I attempt to load my VCast Music with Rhapsody app on my Blackberry Tour 9360 and it freezes up at the startup screen where it is telling it is "Loading." i have to restart the phone to get rid of the screen. When my phone powers back up I get this message: "Uncaught exception: Application MOD (225) is not responding: process terminated." Is there a solution that can correct this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
