VZ Navigator on Tour

Any one having a problem hearing the directions? I begin navigation to a destination and there are no verbal directions loud enough that I can hear them without having phone next to ear. I have uninstalled and downloaded it several times. This is my third Tour with that problem. Getting my 4th one today. Had the problem before software update, and after.

Try Google maps.. they may not have voice but it an app that is 10 times better than the verizon app ( more accurate and less problems)
