Verizon Cloud will not work on my device all of the sudden. Keep getting the message to enable permissions, but I have already done that. Cloud was working until the phone locked up again and I had to restore it, now I can't get my contacts to sync from the cloud.
I had a problem with my phone failing to recover from the cloud. I had to have my phone plugged in and wifi turned on in order for cloud to not lock up or if it didn't lock up, fail. Maybe it will help.
Thanks for responding. I tried it while plugged in and on wifi, but still getting the same message. This is the 2nd time the phone has locked up and I had to restore it, but last time the cloud worked fine and I was able to restore my contacts, but lost all of my photos. This time I was able to recover all of my photos, but not the contacts. It is so frustrating.
