I can't find where the Verizon Message+ (app) is placing message attachments. All that appears in a text message is an icon titled "Download". No file name, no automatic opening of whatever was downloaded, and no way to find the attachment. Any help would be most appreciated. Dave H
Let's work get those precious attachments delivered as I know the importance, David. If only the "Download" icon is showing this would indicate the full message is not being delivered. Have you been able to receive attachments in the past? Have you tested this over cellular data and WiFi? Does the application allow you to press the Download icon presenting any errors?
