I down load music from Verizon Rhapsody to my BB Tour. It has worked great until I had system problems and had to reload windows XP. After reloading all my apps including Rhapsody I found I couldn't download music because Rhapsody doesn't recognize my phone. Does anybody know who to call to fix this or does anybody have a solution?
