My media player won't play videos I make on my BB curve 8330. it says they are an unsupported format. How can it be an unsupported format when it just filmed it?
When I send the video to a friend, they can't view it either.
What is wrong?

Hi,
What OS number are you running on your 8330? The latest is 4.5.0.138 which fixes some of the earlier software glitches. You can go to Options>About and see which version you are running. If you are running this version, then I would recommend reinstalling the OS, as there may be some bad files.
