When I call my friends' number I get the message "Welcome to Verizon Wireless this call can not be completed as dialed, please hang up and try again, announcement 4693-1" Then right after I call, she calls me right back, from the number I just called. What does this announcement mean?
It sounds like she may have some kind of call screening app installed on her phone or line (is it a smartphone? a land line?) that rejects calls but shows her the number that is calling, and she can decide whether or not to call back. Maybe someone else has another idea??
