In march fo this year my verizon phone broke when i was on vacation, i went to a local store and the rep talked me into a blackberry tour. since then i've had nothing but issues with the phone, freezing, not recieving messages etc etc..
its currently been replaced 4 times by going thru verizon tech support.
can anyone sugest any options that may be able to help me out to get away from the black berry..
im so fustrated with BB and verizon right now cause im basically being told im SOL and the local store here tried to get me to upgrade to a family share buy a new phone and pay verizon more money..
any help would be great
