When I turn off my Storm i get the error message "Failure to connect to H15", What is this referring to?

Motorola H15 is a Bluetooth headset. So maybe it thinks you're trying to connect, for some reason.
It is automatically trying to connect to a Motorola H15 bluetooth headset. The easiest way to turn this off is to go into the Bluetooth settings and either turning Bluetooth off, deleting that device as one that your phone would connect to, or setting it to not automatically try to connect to any devices upon powering on.
