Now that the Passport has officially been launched (sadly per crackberry.com exclusive to Big Blue) OS 10.3 can be considered "in the wild " also. so the question becomes when will we Verizon subscribers get it. Without it neither Blackberry Blend nor Blackberry Assistant can function on our handset. Please Verizon don't make us suffer another abysmal wait for 10.3 as we had for OS 10.2
It would be nice for Verizon to at least release 10.3 quickly since they don't have plans for the Passport!! I can live with my Z30 with 10.3 for a while longer. If not I'm itching to switch to ATT!!!
The z10 q10 and z30 phones will be getting 10.3.1. It will release at the end of November with the BB Classic. 10.3.0 is specific to the passport only
If you look closely you can find 10.3 for the Z10 & Q10 on the internet.
I've read that current BlackBerry models will NOT get 10.3, instead waiting for 10.3.1. Maybe that's what the OP meant - any flavor of 10.3.x. But regular 10.3 is not coming to the Z10, Q10, or any other device that's currently being sold, or so i'm told. What you can do is slap on a developer's version that you can find on Crackberry Forums.

10.3.2.255 is downloading to my Z30 right now. Its 1.1G mandatory update.
The were putting it out in spurts. I received notice of the update this morning.. The phone is updating now.
