Why BlackBerry?

My daughter needs to replace a damaged Palm Treo. She is leaning towards a BlackBerry Tour. What are the benefits unique to the BlackBerry?

I had read the CNET review. In fact, that is what caused me to suggest she take a look at the BB Tour. The crackberry.com article confirms my observations of th BB in the business world and rest of the site provides a wealth of helpful information. I will pass this along to her.

The only problem is that if she chooses the BB Tour and it is all that it is cracked-up to be, my son and I will need BB's, too - we can't have a "girl" leave us in the technological dust!
