Why can't I text my husband?

My husband has an iPhone with ATT through work.  My BB usung Verizon is not getting texts through.  I have tried others with same service as him and we text fine.

How can this be resolved?

Thanks for the response- turned out to be an issue with his phone- all fixed

There is nothing wrong with your device. It has to do with Apple and iMessage.

Sorry, cut and paste didn't work well on this mobile device. Have your husband disable his iMessage app and he should get your texts.

Can you be more specific? Are no texts getting through either way? Are you able to receive texts from him? Is he able to receive texts from you? When he attempts to send a text to you, what color is the bubble around the text, green or blue?

No texts are going through either way.

Let's look further into this Cleite17! Text messages are green and iMessages are blue. (iMessages can only be sent between Apple devices) so that makes sense why it is green. Did he just receive this work phone? Did you or your husband get a new phone when this began? Is he having this issue with any other contact? Try deleting his text conversation from your phone and your text conversation from his phone, power both phones off/on, test and share. Thank you.
