Why has Verizon stopped selling Blackberry in their retail stores?

I asked to look at the Z30 at the store in Union station and I was told that you can only get BlackBerry on line.  This almost guarantees that people will not buy them unless they want them without test driving them first.

Hey,

It is sad but true in most stores.  In my local corporate store, they only carry the Z10.  And then, they tried to talk me out of the Blackberry and into an Android device.

I actually saw both the Z30 and the Q(number?) on display in my local corporate store just a few days ago.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I wanted to see a Z30 up close and personal, but alas, Verizon near me doesn't keep ANY BlackBerrys in stock. They're happy to order one for you, and you'll get it quickly. But no display units. This is simply a function of sales (or lack thereof).

leewclark, test driving the device is a great way to determine if the device will work for you. However, the best promotional deals are offered online for the Blackberry Z30 phone:  http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/device/smartphone/blackberry-z30?lid=sayt&sayt=blackberry*
