Why is the mobile web so slow on the tour

Hi.  I am glad you like the phone but I do understand how frustrating it can be if the web is slow.   I can certainly look into this for you.   Try to dial *228 option 2 on your phone to update your roaming to see if it goes faster.   If that does not work,

How long has this been going on?

Did you download any new applications before it started going slow?

Is it only certain websites that goes slow or is it all sites you try to access?

Hello Kimberly. This has been going on for a few months now. but i have never tried to *228. i will give that a try. thanks again
