Why isn't my data working?

i woke up to not being able to send or receive email. then when i went to click on the email setup to delete and re-install the account and the set up icon would not open. then i did a security wipe and when i tried to activate BlackBerry enterprise it says my info is wrong and icon disappears, but i have the blackberry icon on top as if it is activated. so my email set up icon is gone, and the activation server icon is gone and my browser says it needs a data plan to work which i have with verizon prepaid. also i have the blackberry logo on top as if i am connected to blackberry server but the only way i can get online is thru wi-fi. so why is this happening?

Is you prepaid account paid automatically?

Have you used up your data allowance?

Log on to your account and check.

no my prepaid is not automatic but i paid for this month already which was due the 24 so my data should have rolled back. my data right night is low this all started when i stop receiving emails two days ago and it's been down hill ever since then right my phone is asking me to sign in to my BES to activate and i don't remember the pass word and when i send it to my handset from my computer i never get it since my blackberry internet is not set up since i can't sign in to BeS

i think i may have to have my BIS password sent to me how can i do this because i tried online to send to my phone and i still am not getting it

Yeah....since you don't have service on the phone right now..

Use the computer to check your account.  The contact customer service.

i checked my account it is fine i just need customer service to activate again my BIS i think the clean swipe deleted my service book and it just keeps asking for my email and password on the enterprise activation and i don't remember the password info and i got the password sent to my handheld but i am not getting the text with the password

yes but the issue is even blackbery protect won't work on my phone when i click to use it it says the service plan my blackberry device as does not support this application also i installed my olde service books and it says unable to launch emails setup application contact wireless service. then when i go to send email it says service blocked and i can't send picture messages. my browser says browsing over cellular network is not including as part of your service plan,. which i don't get since i have had no issues for 4 months so i need to know if my data service is blocked and why?
