If BB releases an unlocked CDMA version with Verizon frequencies and bands, yes.

Thank you Snn5. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
BTW - would you know of a readily accessible "Web Chat" site with BB to see what they might reveal? I'd call BB, but that would be nearly impossible. Chat seems a bit more approachable.
Thanks!

Just a hope. But, alas.
Went to a 'Verizon Store" today. They had no idea that the PRIV was on its way. And, no answer about connectivity.
But, their always-perky-hopeful rep made a show of being quite interested.
She never asked for a business card, though.
"Have a Happy Monday!"

I wish the best for BB, but it's make it or break it time. IDK that there are enough buyers at $700 plus tax for this to really appeal to enough to keep BB alive in the smartphone world. Android helps the issue, but between this being a first effort of a hybrid for them, the cost of the phone, the staggered release and availability and the fact that now you have multiple carriers and combine all that with update issues and development, added to the feelings of die-hard BB fans feeling betrayed with Android being the OS now.....it's an uphill battle plus some.
