Z10 Deleting Contacts

How do I stop my BB Z 10 from deleting contacts?  When I turn my phone on and wait for it to load at times certain contacts will not show and I have to re-add them.  WHat can be done about this???

Let's see what's causing the problem! When did the issue begin? Are the same contacts deleted each time? Are your contacts backed up via Backup Assistant?
