so i just received my new blackberry and everything was going great. i activated it and it's up and running, but for some reason my contacts from my old phone didn't transfer over to my new one even though i downloaded back up assistant on my old phone. my old phone is also still up and running and has my contacts and everything, though i'm sure it can't place calls. my new phone can text, bbm and everything, but i'm just wondering if i missed some last step that does the transfer of contacts. thanks!
Did you ever run a backup on your old phone with BA?
login your myvzw and see what contacts are stored on vzw server and see..
If not just reactivate your old bb, run BA and then reactivate the new one
