Q:  when I place a call, I can hear the party I'm calling but they can't hear me.  the fix?

Hi,

Pull the battery to hard reset your device.  Then, once you are back up, try your call again.  Also, make sure you did not accidentally press the mute key.  That could have happened, but pulling the battery will fix that too.
