My desktop manager will not complete update. Gets about halfway through then stops. After what seems like forever a message comes up saying error in completeing update. Verify internet access or try again later. I have tried several times and always the same thing even though at start it tells me updates available and automatically starts the update. I know I am connected so that is not the problem,. I am using the storm 2. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

First, make sure you have the latest version of Blackberry Desktop Manager on your computer. You can go to http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/ and download the latest version. Next, try the upgrade process again. If the upgrade fails again, you may need to use an application call Blackberry Swiss Army Knife to load your operating system. Details on that program can be found at http://crackberry.com/blackberry-swiss-army-knife-version-1-7-released with information on how to reload your OS.
