When I load the desktop software for my new Blackberry and go to set it up, the e-mail sync setup is graded out so I cannot access it. I have reloaded the software from the CD and also downloaded it from the website and get the same results. Any idea what is happening?
Welcome to the forums. It sounds like you need to configure the Blackberry Desktop Manager software to tell it what files to sync. If you need help with that let me know.
