blackberry help

I am new to Blackberry.  I want to restrict my incoming calls to only those in my address book when I am working.  Can anyone please tell me how to do this?  I've called support and what they said didn't work...help!!!!!

Hi,

Welcome to the forums.  You can not block calls per se with the Blackberry itself, but you can download an application which you can customize like you want.  I think the name of it is Callsblocker.  Do a Google search and you will find it.  I'm not sure how much it costs, but it may do the trick for you.
