Call Verizon customer service from someother phone than yours, and ask for tech support, then say Blackberry team and if they can't help you, go into a store. 
When I try to open my camera, it says I have too many applications in use. I checked and made sure all my applications were off and tried again and it still says too many applications in use? any ideas? I even tried turning it off and then back on again as well as removing the battery and restarting the phone.
