blackberry tour not receiving MMS

my bb tour was working fine yesterday- i was able to send and receive MMS. today for some reason, unless i send a picture as a file on bbm, i cannot send a MMS to anyone. it just has a big X next to it. someone told me to do the *228 thing for roaming, which i did and it didnt help. PLEASE HELP!

under option check mms and make sure always recieve is checked ...

Also pull the battery ...

if that dont work log into your email setup where you add emails to your blackberry also know as the BIS

and resend the service books this can but dont once logged in and under the options menu.

Sometimes my VZW Tour has a smal 1xev. I go into Manage Connections, turn Verizon off, wait a few seconds until the symbol changes to Off, then turn it back. I get a small flood of emails/text messages. Try it & post back the results.
