My blackberry 8330 all of a sudden the internet is not working!!! Is that a common problem?
Power off device and take battery out for a little bit.Put battery back in & turn on device
I have researched and currently no outages have been reported at this time. Are you able to use the internet on your device after following TheGreatOne's steps?
You asked if it was a common problem. The answer is yes. You may also get an error that reads there is no radio signal which will affect your ability to connect to the internet, Facebook, Windows messenger, etc. You will still be able to recieve texts, however, they may be sluggish.
The above "fix" is to remove the battery and let it sit out for a few moments to reset the system.
