blackberry turn on and off

hope somebody can help me with this problem ..my blackberry storm turns on and off by itself ,,and also appears this message  "uncaougt execption java.lang.NullPo interexeption"...

Sounds like a software bug in a app you have on your berry, probably one that's set to automatically update. That would be my first thing to check. (like a rss feed reader, weather or sports app that updates info.)
