blackberry update icon..will not go away and i cannot find update

I can't find the update that the berry is telling me i need. how do i find it and get rid of that icon. i have the blackberry bold

I assume you have an icon that is a circle with a red arrow.  Go to Blackberry App World and log into your account and i think from there it should tell you what applications you have loaded that need updating.
