My Blackberry z10 is sending my msgs as blank text msgs to the driod max phone that is on my family plan. I can get texts from the droid, and I can text other phones with no problems. Issue has been going on since 9.13.15.
I have shut down and removed the battery and even the sim card. The droid has also been rebooted. The issue persists.
What app are you using to send messages and what app are they using?
Just standard texts. No aftermarket app.
More research shows texts are received as normal when it's a group text; just blank when sent to the droid alone.
I would delete the cache and data and restart on the phone that's getting the blank text. Also make sure the Message+ app is up to date.
