browsing history

I have a blackberry storm 1,  what would cause the browsing history to disapear sometimes. i do not clear my history but it will just clear on its own and start over only showing the current day, then it will keep history for a couple of days. any ideas ?

Sorry about the issue with the history clearing try doing a reset on the device.

A reset is similar to restarting a desktop computer and is usually the first step in troubleshooting the BlackBerry device. In most cases, a reset will not affect the data on the device unless the battery is very low. It is recommended to perform a sync operation before a reset to ensure that all data is backed up.

If the preferred method is not available, there is an Alternate Method.

Preferred Method

1. Press the release button then slide off the battery cover.
   
   
2. Remove then re-insert the battery.
    Ensure that connectors on the battery align with the connectors on the device.
   
   
3. Replace the battery cover.
