caller name id

My Classic apparently doesn't qualify for CALLER NAME ID; however, the Q10 and Z10 models do --- the Classic is basically the same phone as those that are on the list to be able to receive the feature.

Please explain

Grekin75, we understand the need to know why your classic device doesn't have the caller name ID feature embedded in its OS. It's simply just that, the feature wasn't included in the operating system of that specific model for that year. The BlackBerry Z10 launched in march 2013, and the Q10 was launched in June 2013. Your Classic was launched in February 2015.
