I do not believe blackberries have that option.

I do not believe the BB Curve 9330 is capable of creating a mobile hotspot.  It just doesn't have the necessary hardware.

FYI, I do know the BB Bold 9930 and the Torch 9850 models (both available from Verizon) ARE capable of mobile hotspot.
